After placing your order, we'll email you to arrange pickup and confirm timing.
Pickup is by appointment only, as we do not have a public storefront.

Canadian domestic shipping

  • Free Standard shipping (3–9 business days) on orders $100 CAD and up
  • For orders under $100 CAD, carrier-calculated rates are shown at checkout based on weight and destination
  • Available carriers include Canada Post (Expedited Parcel, Priority, Regular Parcel, Xpresspost), FedEx (2Day, Ground, Standard Overnight), and Purolator (Express, Ground)
  • Available across all Canadian provinces and territories

United States shipping (cross-border)

Standard International (4–8 business days)

  • Free shipping with tracking on orders $100 USD and up
  • $10 USD flat rate for orders under $100 USD
  • Canada Post calculated rates may also be available at checkout, including Expedited Parcel USA, Tracked Packet USA, and Xpresspost USA

All applicable U.S. import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout — there are no additional customs charges to pay on delivery.

International shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and available carrier services. Estimated transit times for each service are shown at checkout. Free-shipping thresholds below are in your local checkout currency.

Australia

  • Calculated rates at checkout from Canada Post (Tracked Packet International, Xpresspost International), DHL Express Worldwide, and FedEx (International Economy, International Priority, International Priority Express)
  • Free shipping on orders $200 AUD and up (all eligible services)

Hong Kong

  • Calculated rates at checkout from Canada Post (Tracked Packet International, Xpresspost International), DHL Express Worldwide, and FedEx International Connect Plus
  • Free shipping on orders $1,000 HKD and up (Canada Post and FedEx services)

We do not currently ship to the European Union. We hope to offer EU shipping in the future.

  • For other international destinations, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may be collected by the carrier before or upon delivery
