Fantastic that this is offered as a service. I hate balling yarn, and don't want to be discouraged from using this gorgeous product. I've just 'graduated' to higher quality yarns and don't have the equipment to do this myself.
If you are new to this style of skein, do yourself a favor and have them wind it for you. Super time saver as well as preventing a lot of frustration should the yarn tangle on you.
